On Wednesdays from 12:30 till 2pm at St Giles’ Church we host a community meal called ‘Lunch With Us’. It’s a space to enjoy some simple food and company in a welcoming environment. It is open to all, and there is no charge for food – donations are welcome.
Lunch With Us is run by a team of dedicated and generous volunteers, under the co-ordination of one of our churchwardens, Barbara Sessford. We are funded through donations, grants, and from the donation of food from Greggs (for which we are very grateful!).
In the year 2022, we served 3768 meals to support our local community.
Whoever you are, you are very welcome to come along and share lunch with us!
